Alex

Co-Owner

With over 10 years in sports medicine, Alex has worked with everyone from first-time gym goers to elite collegiate (FCS & FBS) and NFL athletes. His approach blends advanced bodywork, functional rehabilitation, and cutting-edge therapies to speed up recovery, reduce chronic pain, and help prevent future injuries—so you can move and perform better, faster.

Beyond coaching and personal training, Alex is the lead massage therapist at Revamp HQ. Known for delivering “not your average massage,” his sessions are highly individualized and medically-informed, using deep, targeted techniques designed to relieve pain, restore tissue function, and create lasting results.

Anthony

Co-Owner

Anthony began his personal training career in 2017 at a large corporate gym, where he quickly sharpened his coaching skills and developed a passion for helping clients reach real, lasting results. His expertise led to a leadership role overseeing and growing a successful personal training department—giving him deep insight into how to build programs that actually work for a wide range of clients.

Now training in a private setting, Anthony delivers a more focused, personalized experience. Every session is intentional, client-centered, and designed around your lifestyle and goals. He emphasizes education, helping you understand the why behind each movement so progress is sustainable—not temporary.

Anthony believes lasting change comes from consistent, small improvements and strong daily habits. Whether your goal is strength, mobility, or simply feeling better day-to-day, his methodical, supportive approach helps you build results you can maintain long term.

Charlie

Personal Trainer

Charles VanDette is an NSCA-certified personal trainer with experience coaching everyone from firefighters with the Snyder Fire Department to student-athletes in grades 6–12. He specializes in working with older adults and seniors, especially those returning to daily life after injury or struggling with everyday movement. His approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and functional independence—where training actually improves quality of life.

Charles entered the fitness industry after witnessing the misinformation and predatory practices that leave people overwhelmed and unsure where to start. His mission is different: cut through the noise, educate clients, and provide clear, honest coaching that supports both physical and mental success. At Revamp HQ, Charles helps clients train smarter, move better, and regain confidence in their bodies.
